Access to clean, drinkable water is a challenge for many remote communities. To address this, Greenenergy Trading and Import Inc. has introduced a solar-powered desalination facility designed to provide safe water to two barangays in need.

This innovative facility harnesses the power of the sun to convert seawater into potable water. The process begins with seawater passing through a specialized desalination machine, which effectively removes salt and impurities. Approximately 40% of the treated water becomes purified drinking water, while the remaining 60% is directed to the local public market for general water usage, ensuring resources are maximized to benefit the entire community.
